· Meeting the disc jockey that would be scheduled to do your wedding
Reception:
We arrive on time, 45 to 60 minutes prior to our starting time. Setup and breakdown times are done on our time. If you are having cocktail, dinner and dancing at your reception, it is recommended to hire Sheer Vinyl to perform for the entire time. This gives you peace of mind, knowing your disc jockey is there before you and your guests arrive. It also gives a more polished look to the whole affair, by not having the disc jockey setting up while your guests are enjoying your event.
Sheer Vinyl can be dressed in the manner of your
choosing. Tuxedoes, suits, business casual or
casual are all the same price. Sheer Vinyl treats
all of your guests with courtesy and respect and we will not
play any songs that may be considered offensive or that are in
poor taste
We do not invite anyone to come and view us at your wedding without your prior approval. If you do give permission, we limit this to one visitor and let them know we will not be able to talk to them during your time.
We coordinate all events with the banquet hall, photographer and videographer to make sure everything is captured correctly by all parties and future memories are not lost.
Wireless microphones are provided as standard equipment. Options available include an enhanced bass sound system and lighting effects. These options are available at an extra cost.
